2. Once your item ships, we will email you a tracking number.

Processing time—Delivery time

*All our orders ship via DHL, FedEx, USPS, TNT, OCS, UPS and other carriers depending on your location.

notes:
1) Delivery time does not include required processing time (usually 5-7 working days, orders with special custom needs may take longer)
2) We cannot deliver to PO boxes and military addresses (APO, FPO).
4) Before placing an order, please confirm the delivery address, later changes may incur additional charges.

Customs and Import Taxes:
Sometimes, additional duties or import taxes cannot be avoided. If you do need to pay, please feel free to contact us at service@uflowerdesign.com
